About

Sarah Hollis is a sr. Art Director based in Illinois

A former Division I softball player at the University of Kentucky, Sarah helped lead her team to the Women’s College World Series before hanging up her cleats—temporarily. That competitive drive and team-first mentality later became the foundation of her creative career.

She spent over five years at FCB Chicago, where she developed campaigns for legacy brands like Boeing and helped win new business with clients like GE Appliances. She celebrated the Cubs’ first World Series win in over a century with a full-page ad in Sports Illustrated and brought fans closer to the game through campaigns featuring NFL athletes. During the pandemic, she helped launch a daily storytime series for children featuring Chicago icons like Oprah, Jennie Finch, and the Obamas.

In 2020, Sarah relocated to Austria and spent four years freelancing across Europe, expanding her creative toolkit through photography, filmmaking, and brand design. While abroad, she rebranded a baseball club in a town most Americans can’t pronounce and picked up her cleats again, helping her team win its first championship title in club history. She also helped transform Baseball Jobs Overseas into the leading global platform for players chasing international careers—spearheading a full identity refresh, launching a new website, and building a content strategy that now connects athletes across 40+ countries.

With nearly a decade of experience, Sarah brings a global perspective, an athlete’s mindset, and a passion for storytelling to every project she leads.

If you’re building something for athletes, fans, or the culture of sport—she’s the one you want on your team.
